The Multi-Disk Screw Press (MDS) is an advanced sludge dewatering machine and solid-liquid separator designed for efficient sludge thickening and sludge dewatering. The screw press machine incorporates special reference rings positioned in each zone of the sludge dewatering system to enable comparative analysis of ring conditions. Operators can monitor wear patterns and evaluate performance deviations by observing these rings. This proactive approach ensures timely overhauling interventions are scheduled once the system surpasses its theoretical lifespan, optimizing the reliability of the sludge dewatering equipment.
3,Pre-Sludge thickening Structure in Flocculation Tank
The pre-sludge thickening structure, as an optional module integrated into the flocculation tank, enhances sludge treatment capacity by enabling in-tank sludge concentration.
